Yes. Installed as an app on your phone or desktop, time tracking starts even without signal or in flight mode, once you have opened the app online. Without a connection you start and stop timers and add, edit and delete entries. Everything is stored on the device first and syncs by itself as soon as you are back online; if two devices change the same entry, the app shows you what was not applied. Reports, the calendar and settings need a connection.
The servers are in a data centre run by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Cloudflare delivers the site and fends off attacks. There are no tracking or advertising services, only strictly necessary cookies. You can download a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR as a PDF.
Yes. You cancel in the customer portal to the end of the paid month or year. Afterwards you continue on Free and all your data is kept. If you want everything deleted, you request deletion of the workspace with a 14 day notice period.
Free is for you alone. Standard allows up to 3 people, Premium up to 5 and each additional person for €2.50 per month. Team members only book on the projects you assign to them.
Yes, in every plan. The import reads CSV and Excel files, recognises separators and encodings and detects the CSV and XML export from qlaqs on its own, even with hidden columns. You get a preview first, duplicates are detected and an import can be undone.
Yes. From Standard you read time entries, projects and reports through a REST API, in Premium you can also write, control the timer through triggers and receive webhooks. The OpenAPI description is public at api.horaka.com/docs.
You set an interval from 1 to 60 minutes per workspace and project, round up, down or to the nearest, per entry or per day, with a minimum duration and break rules. Typed clock times are rounded too, when rounding up the start goes down and the end goes up. The rounded time is what you see and bill, the recorded time stays stored in the background.
You choose the currency of your workspace: euro, Swiss franc, pound, US dollar, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian krone, złoty or Czech koruna. The subscription itself is charged in euro.
