- Yearly billing gives you two months free, monthly billing has no commitment.
- Cancel at any time to the end of the paid period in the customer portal.
- When you move to a smaller plan, all data is kept, features are only locked.
- Pay by card and other methods through Stripe, invoices as PDF in the customer portal.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel in the customer portal to the end of the paid month or year. Afterwards you continue on Free and all your data is kept. If you want everything deleted, you request deletion of the workspace with a 14 day notice period.
How many team members can I invite?
Free is for you alone. Standard allows up to 3 people, Premium up to 5 and each additional person for €2.50 per month. Team members only book on the projects you assign to them.
Which currency do I bill in?
You choose the currency of your workspace: euro, Swiss franc, pound, US dollar, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian krone, złoty or Czech koruna. The subscription itself is charged in euro.
What happens after the trial?
Every new workspace tries Premium for 14 days without a card. If you do not subscribe, you continue on Free automatically. You get an email three days before the end.
